Coffee Bean Cookies ☕🍪 - Scouter Michael


Recently, I made these cookies that look like coffee beans and taste like — you guessed it — coffee! I made a couple dozen of these with the help of my sister. I wonder if we still have Cubs that remember Scouter Jennifer?

I saw these on social media and thought they were too cute to not make.


They turned out well! But these are not your usual soft and chewy cookie — these are the drier, crumbly kind. Here are some photos from the process:



I followed this recipe with a couple of adjustments:
  1. More coffee instead of cocoa (chocolate)
  2. Larger (but fewer cookies) rather than the prescribed bite-sized ones
